Insurances

We are in-network providers for Blue Cross Blue Shield/Carefirst, Aetna, and Johns Hopkins EHP. Insurance plans vary greatly, so not every plan within these companies has acupuncture coverage. Wind Gate Wellness must verify your benefits if you plan to use your insurance, even if you know what coverage you have. We provide insurance verification as a free service. Our billers will verify if your policy covers acupuncture, what exclusions or limitations there may be, and deductible and copay amounts per visit.
If your policy covers treatment, we bill your insurance provider for the service.

Please note:
Shiatsu and cosmetic acupuncture are not a covered service.

Medicare is not accepted at this time.

We accept Flex Spending and Health Savings account cards for out of pocket payment.
